PANDORA - ACCOUNT

A 10 month project to design and launch a fully featured account and loyalty programme for Pandora. The brief included enabling customers to earn points and spend them. To save items to a wishlist, view your order history and save multiple payment methods. I also focused extensively on integrating account and loyalty features into purchase journeys to help promote features and to gain traction.
